GotoGo is a technology matchmaking platform connecting passengers with licensed independent professional drivers. GotoGo is not a transportation provider.
2. Pricing & Payments
Drivers freely set their own fares. Payments are made directly between passenger and driver. GotoGo charges 0% commission on rides.
3. Driver Subscription
The applicable subscription fee is that of the current offer displayed by GotoGo at the time of subscription.
4. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
